I require a card on file in case of a last minute cancellation or a no show occurs. I can understand things happen in life however the spot saved is lost money for my business. The fee is 50% of the service cost. Cancellations must not be within 24 hours of the appointment time.
There are NO refunds.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to take you and you will be charged 50% of the service and be asked to reschedule.
Talking on the phone is prohibited during the service.
Please do not chew gum during the service as it can move eyepads around or the placement of my hand and make it difficult to apply lashes.
